When items are damaged during  delivery OR sent wrongly

- We will do a one to one exchange.

- Please contact us within  3 working days upon receiving the delivery and we will let you know how to go about with the return.

- Your returns must be shipped within 7 working days upon receiving the delivery. We will only send you the new item within 7 working days upon  receiving your return.

- All shipping costs for return of items are to be borne by the customer.

- Shipping of the exchanged item will be borne by Missbanana Doodle.

- Customised products are not allowed to be exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse  an exchange if you do not contact us within the stipulated time frame.

There are no refunds on items  damaged during delivery. You must notify us of any return so that we will be  expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
